Nothing can happen until we hear from you. You contact us by calling or using the contact form on our site. You fill us in on the upholstery project you have in mind. If we need a bit more context we arrange a home visit so we can see the piece or pieces in question, along with the spaces they will occupy.

 

During the site visit, our designer takes notes regarding what you have in mind, and provides feedback that can be used to guide your nebulous ideas to dazzling fruition. Before the consultation ends everyone will be on the same page regarding what needs to be done and the materials that will be used to do it.

This preliminary work is where your new upholstery actually takes shape so we make sure we leave no stone unturned when it comes to gleaning your intentions and nailing down the specifics of the job. Only then will fabrication commence.

Your pieces will be ready 4-6 weeks after we receive the finalized order. You can either pick up the completed pieces or we will deliver them to your East Sussex home. If you wish we will install your pieces for you as well.
