The Jerome Shorter Process

 

Over the years we have refined our working process to ensure the best possible outcome on each project. As such, when you choose Jerome Shorter to create you made to measure garden cushions you can expect the process to unfold as follows:

  1. You contact us: You call or email us and let us know how we can help you.
  2. We conduct a site visit: Sometimes it may be necessary for us to conduct a site visit in order to better understand the context of how your garden cushions are to be used.
  3. Concepting: Our designers produce conceptual renderings that demonstrate the type of upholstery solution we are proposing. 
  4. Execution: Once you sign off on the design, members of our workshop create your made-to-measure garden cushions.

When your garden cushions are finished you can choose to pick them up yourself or have them delivered.
