Made to Measure Foam Cushions: Our Process

If you come to Jerome Shorter for made-to-measure foam cushions the process will unfold in the following manner:

 

Step 1: You contact us

It all begins when you contact us and tell us how we can help you. It would be helpful if you gather some photos of the furniture in question and email them to jerome@jeromeshorter.co.uk so that we are both on the same page during the initial discussion.

 

Step 2: The site visit (optional)

In some cases, it may be necessary for us to pay a visit to your location in order to see the furniture in context. This can help us when determining seat cushion covering materials and patterns.

 

Step 3: Concepting the cushions

At this point, our designers take over and produce renderings of what your new made-to-measure foam cushions will look like in context with the chosen covering material. If you are satisfied with the renderings fabrication of your cushions will commence.

 

Step 4: Delivery

Once your cushions are finished you have the option of having them delivered to your location of choice or picking them up in person at our workshop.
