Step 1: You contact us

The road to beautiful new custom sofa cushions begins with you getting in touch with us and letting us know how we can help. It will facilitate the entire process if you can send us some photos of the sofa in question. It will also help ensure that everyone is on the same page during the initial discussion.

 

Step 2: The site visit (optional)

While it’s not always necessary for us to visit the customer’s home or business there are times when viewing the piece of furniture in person can aid in the design process. Context is very important when it comes to furnishings and sometimes photos do not do a sufficient job relating context. But again, this is not always necessary.

 

Step 3: Concepting

After determining which exterior fabric and interior filling you prefer our designers produce a series of renderings illustrating what your new cushions will look like. It may take several renderings to find the perfect look but once you sign off we send the job to our workshop for fabrication.

 

Step 4: Delivery

Once your custom sofa cushions are ready you can either pick them up at our workshop or have them delivered to your home or business.
