When you order custom seat cushions from Jerome Shorter you can expect the process to unfold in the following manner:

 

Step 1: You contact us

The first step in creating your custom cushions is to call us and let us know how we can help you. If you have photos of the seat or seats in question it would be helpful if you emailed them to us ahead of time so that everyone is on the same page during the initial discussion.

 

Step 2: The site visit (optional)

In some cases, we may request a site visit so that we can see the seat(s) in context. This often gives us a better idea of how to proceed from an aesthetic standpoint. If we feel a site visit is necessary (it may not be) we will work with you to arrange a time that is convenient.

 

Step 3: Concepting

Once we have a good idea of what you’re looking for our designers will create a series of concept drawings for your consideration. Once you select a filler, cover material and pattern the job is turned over to our workshop for fabrication.

 

Step 4: Delivery

Once finished you will have the option of picking up your custom seat cushions or having them delivered to a location of your choice.
