Step 1: You get in touch with us

The process starts with you getting in touch with us by calling 01892 725304 or sending us an email at jerome@jeromeshorter.co.uk. No matter which way you decide to contact us, send along some photos of the furniture the cushions are intended for so that we can get a better idea of what will be involved.

 

Step 2: The site visit (optional)

In some instances, we may need to pay a visit to your home or business so that we can see the furniture in context. This helps our designer narrow down the number of potential fabric and filling choices. This is not necessary in every instance but we may request it in order to facilitate the design process.

 

Step 3: Concepting Your Custom Chair Cushions

The process is now turned over to our designers who will produce a series of renderings that illustrate what they have in mind for your new custom cushions, including exterior fabrics and interior padding options such as foam, polyester or eco-friendly alternatives like coir or latex.

 

Step 4: Delivery

Once your custom chair cushions are finished you’ll have the option of picking them up at our workshop or having them delivered to the location of your choice.
