What’s in a Cushion?

 

Your made-to-measure seat cushions from Jerome Shorter can have whatever type of exterior fabric and pattern you choose as well as your choice of filling, be that foam, polyester, feather wrap or one of today’s eco-friendly fillings such as coconut fibre (coir) or latex.

Our Process

 

When you choose to order made-to-measure seat cushions from Jerome Shorter the process will unfold as follows:

 

Step 1: You contact us

The process begins when you call and let us know what we can do for you. If you have photos of the furniture the made-to-measure seat cushions will go on it would be helpful to email them to us at jerome@jeromeshorter.co.uk ahead of time in order to facilitate the phone discussion.

 

Step 2: The site visit (optional)

There may be instances when we need to perform a site visit in order to view the furnishings in question in context. The information we gather will inform our recommendations for interior and exterior materials, colours and patterns.

 

Step 3: Concepting

Armed with the information we’ve gathered our designers compose renderings of what your new made-to-measure seat cushions will look like. When you’re happy with the renderings the fabrication process will commence.

 

Step 4: Delivery

When your cushions are finished you can pick them up at our workshop or have them delivered to the location of your choice.
