Our Process

 

Working with the Jerome Shorter team is a delightfully simple and straightforward process that typically unfolds in the following manner:

 

  1. You contact us and let us know what we can do for you. In the case of made-to-measure cushions, we will need precise measurements of the sofa cushions you have in mind.
  2. If you know what fabric and filler you want to use let us know. If you are not certain we will work with you to find just the right materials to produce your cushions.
  3. Once we have all the information we need we get to work.
  4. When your made-to-measure sofa cushions are finished you can pick them up at our workshop or we can deliver them to a location of your choosing.
