Designing Custom Upholstery

In order to design the perfect upholstery for your furniture, we first need to gather details of your requirements and personal preferences. We do this in one or two different ways, depending on the nature of the job. In the first instance, we normally discuss your needs over the phone so we have a good idea of what you would like us to create. Then, we often arrange a site visit as this enables us to see where the new piece of furniture will live and to finalise any details with a face-to-face conversation.

Physical Creation Process and Delivery

Working from a beautiful design that you have already approved, our master craftsmen will lovingly create the new upholstery, taking great care to ensure that the finished piece is flawless. Once the physical creation process is complete, we move to the final step: delivery. We always transport the finished products ourselves, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
